Description
* Manage, assign, and change the offices seats, layout, and accommodation rooms
* Develop, initiate and prepare the SLA's scope of works for services providers
* Manage and tender the RFP's of services providers related to Facilities Management services
* Manage and provide all the planned preventive maintenance
* Manage, prepare and oversee Contracts SLA's
* Manage and response to all the reactive maintenance and emergencies
* Monitor and evaluate the services providers performance
* Manage and oversee the lessor performance in term hard and soft services
