Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a residential property setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and related services (civil, MEP, electrical maintenance best practices, and regulatory requirements).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong-headed and patient nature.
  • Driving license is a must.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Mechanical engineering background.
