Maintenance / Electric Engineer

We are looking for a Maintenance / Electric Engineer to be a great assist to the engineering department and help in the development of the hotel.

What you will be doing:

- To plan and follow up effective preventive maintenance schedules According to operation needs and Equipment manuals.
- Prepare and update maintenance reports.
- Monitor and prepare daily, weekly and monthly program and reports.
- Monitor and prepare detailed work progress report.
- Control Spare Parts issuance and material inventories and Place purchasing orders when needed.
- Supervision for preventive and corrective maintenance activities and inspection after completing works.
- Supervision and observing daily work orders and calls.
- Monitor manpower needs for works.
- Properly Handing and Taking over responsibility of R&M department during working shift.
- Perform effective routine maintenance plan for Guest rooms.
- Perform effective routine maintenance for hotel equipment.
- To organize work schedules and Time keeping record.
- Analysis and monitors R&M operations and expenditure for working shift.
- Make regular Inspections and staff supervision.
- Receive and analyse feedback information from R&M supervisors.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Bachelor Degree in engineering field (Mechanical, Electric or Power).
- Engineer must be a registered member of Saudi Council of Engineers as Engineer.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Auto CAD.
- Familiarity with mechanical, Electrical and plumbing materials.
- Knowledge of applicable codes related to Saudi standards of engineering (Installation, Safety, Hygiene, Electric)
- Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance procedures and standards.
- Understanding of safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail, Highly responsible, organized & reliable.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Ability for team working.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in same position and related field.
