Maintenance Manager

Job description / Role

- Attend immediately to any Equipment breakdown
- Planning the maintenance schedule on weekly / monthly basis.
- Maintaining all records related to maintenance.
- Preparing maintenance file for each equipment detailing maintenance schedule & any spare parts required.
- Supervising the whole maintenance process.
- Periodical maintenance of all equipments.
- Preparing a list of required spare parts for all machineries
- Maintaining record of daily attendance of the workers.
- Coordinating with various departments like Purchasing, Production in all matters related to maintenance issues.
- Controlling the labor work force and organizing work schedules.
- Preparing a daily report regarding all the maintenance work
- Reporting immediately any accidents at site.
- Assisting in choosing new machines / equipment required for business.
- Participating in the team responsible for upgrading factories.
- Responsible for fixing & commissioning of new machineries.

Requirements

- B.Sc. Degree in Electrical / Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
- Experience Automation systems.
- Maintenance of Power invertors
- Programming & Maintenance of PLC (programmable logic controller)
- Calibration of Electromagnet Flow meters
- Experience in Control & Power Panels.
- Experience in Planetary Mixers, High speed Mixers, Screw Conveyors
- Familiar with planning & scheduling Maintenance works
- Fluency in spoken & written English
- Basic Computer knowledge. SCADA experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Industrial Safety & First-Aid preferred
