Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a large Multinational FMCG company involved in distribution of food products.
As a Maintenance Leader, you would be planning maintenance review and development using RCM approach, development and follow up on the reoccurrence control system via a live X-matrix system, spare parts contingency study and ECRS application on spare store, review of skill gaps and plans development to bridge gaps in line with ET Pillar methodology, develop collaboration with FI to target zero BD & SS, Lead PM Pillar in close collaboration with AM, FI, Safety, Environment and QM Pillar, ensuring a safe workplace arrangements during planned maintenance and breakdown rectification, define strategy to stop accelerated deterioration through AM methodology, participate In WCM advanced tools teams, energy reduction initiatives and PODAR application, regular C2 uploading and implementation of best practices from C2 under EM Pillar guidance.
Requirements
To be successful you would ideally possess 7+ years of experience in Production or Process Industry with an FMCG or Manufacturing company having a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and can demonstrate a strong leadership skills.
