Maintenance Planner - Refinery - SAP - Saudi Arabia

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to work on a refinery. The Maintenance Planner will work the assigned area to plan, schedule and track all required activities in a timely, safe and cost effective manner. The refinery will have the capacity to process 400,000 BPD of Arabian Heavy and Arabian Medium crude oils to produce gasoline, ultra-low-sulfur diesel, benzene, and paraxylene.

The main responsibilities are to visit the job site to develop adequate job plan for each issued notification with necessary material ordering, expediting until delivery.
• Coordinate with all concerned shops, heavy equipment & contractors as applicable to schedule the ready for schedule jobs in timely manner.
• Track all material orders with adequate update & expediting including DC.
• Prepares regular and special analyses of outstanding backlog & KPI’s report.
• Reviews the Whole Job Standards (WJSs) for completeness, accuracy and applicability to the Division's needs.
• T&I planner should utilize primavera to develop the T&I overall plan with necessary reporting.
• Performs all applicable miscellaneous duties related to the assigned workshop as required of direct.

Requirements

Suitable candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent with 15 years of varied experience in a major craft (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc) with 5 years as a maintenance planner. You will have a Maintenance Planner Certification and SAP experience.
