Job description / Role
Objective: Execute scheduled maintenance works for preventive maintenance as well as corrective maintenance in case of a break down for machinery and general plant electrical and mechanical facilities.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Responsible for organizing and scheduling corrective and preventive maintenance
- Responsible to maintain and manage adequate stock of spare parts
- Solve maintenance related issues for equipment and plant
- Report any damages to the equipment and plant
- Quick response against problems outside the normal scheduled maintenance
- Monitoring work of external companies in maintenance and submit report on their activities
- Track spare parts usage, maintain inventory and raise requests as per requirements to ensure availability as per planning
- Support planning and implementation of new projects and / or improvements
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation
- Must have 3 years work experience in similar position
- Experience with maintaining extruders, mixers, palletizers etc.
- Knowledge of mechanical / electrical / automation / hydraulics and pneumatics
Other Skills:
- English language proficiency required - Arabic language a definite plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal skills such as team building and communication are required
