What you'll do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and maintaining overall physical health.
• Problem-solving and managing your time effectively to prioritize workload.
• Working with hydraulic, electrical, and plumbing systems to troubleshoot and maintain equipment, including calling for service from our providers.
• Responding promptly to equipment downtime and communicating issues to management.
• Coordinating maintenance schedules and organizing appointments.
• Multitasking various requests while keeping our facility in top condition (troubleshooting electric, plumbing, HVAC, and grounds maintenance).
• Being a reliable team member with perfect attendance and availability for on-call duties.
• Promoting a safety-first mindset by assisting with inspections and forklift training.

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
