Job description / Role
Alderwood are currently representing a high performing FE providers in Saudi Arabia. This is a UK owned college who is delivering the highest quality of teaching and learning to Saudi nationals in three locations across the country. The colleges offer training programs to Male students with a Medical background. We are therefore looking for a number of enthusiastic Native English Speaking Lecturers for a March start to deliver a well-structured program of English Language We are considering candidates who lecture/teach in any subject as long as you hold a Bachelors Degree, teaching Qualification and you are Native English speaker. It would be advantageous if you hold a CELTA/TEFL qualification and have experience delivering English Language to international learners.

Requirements
English Instructors should meet the following criteria:
Be English native speakers - if they are not, instructors of English should present a recent (max 2 years) IELTS 6.5 academic certificate (or equivalent) to show they have the bilingual ability to teach English with at least a 7.0 in speaking. Non-native instructors of English must present the IELTS certificate before employment contract can be confirmed.
Hold a recognized TEFL teaching qualifications at CELTA (must include a practical assessed teaching component and must not be online) level or above (DELTA level is desirable).
Have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in English Language or Literature, TESOL, Applied Linguistics or education with an English teaching major. Master's Degree in the above is desirable.
Have previous teaching experience of 3 years as a minimum, 5 year's experience desirable.
Subject to approval by CoE, the provider may employ native English language teachers with a bachelor's degree other than English or related field, provided that they have 3 years full time experience in English language instruction for adults.
Salary Package
Basic 87,500 SAR / for the duration of contract
Bonus One month basic salary on successful completion of a 6 month contract.
Housing Allowance : 21,876 SAR / for the duration of contract *Company accommodation provided for females in Qatief.
Transportation : 2,400 SAR / for the duration of contract.
Note - Salary to be paid in monthly instalments
