Male Head Barista up to 2.8K SAR++ for a Casual Dining Restaurant in KSA

• POSITION: Head Barista
• SALARY: 2,800 SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus 300 SAR, accommodation and transportation

• LOCATION: Riyadh, KSA
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male, 30 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least high school graduate
• 3-5 years of experience in the same field,
• Good knowledge in verbal and written English
• Excellent communication and teaching skills Infectious love of coffee
• Ability to keep a calm, mature, professional demeanor when at all times
• A high degree of ethics and obsession with customer service
• Excellent time management skills and ability to self-direct when necessary
• High level of organization, adaptability and the ability to creatively troubleshoot difficult, and superior leadership capabilities; ability to work well within groups
• Focused perspective on what a high-functioning coffee bar looks like and how to execute that perspective
