Overview

An Executive Talent Manager is required to join the Executive Development (ED) team within the Executive Development & Compensation (ED&C) Department.

The team in ED oversee and guide the design and implementation of the leadership succession journey at the Manager and above (the "top 300") levels. We achieve this through our in-depth expertise, building trusted relationships in all parts of the business and driving disciplined talent/succession management.

Your role is to provide consulting services, involving high levels of expertise and confidentiality, regarding the development and execution of processes and systems that impact the careers and competencies of Aramco leaders. You will be responsible for developing overall executive development models and systems designed to address both current and future leadership needs of the Company including analysis of and recommendation to executive succession plans.

Delivery is primarily to those within Saudi Arabia, but assistance is also provided to employees in joint ventures and subsidiaries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following duties:

- Partner with individual members of Corporate & Executive Management to determine and address both group and individual management development requirements.
- Identify specific programs, assignments, resources and tools targeted to close identified development gaps.
- Coordinate with business and service line heads in the planned selection of participants in executive development programs to maximize the value of their attendance.
- Support multi functions as a facilitator to Executive, General Managers and Managers with the implementation of development plans.
- Analyze existing managerial succession bench-strength and deliver strategic staffing analysis and action plans to increase diversity and mitigate succession risk.
- Determine long-term succession needs and develop and implement plans to address; which may include both internal and external resourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partners in the identification and development of diverse talent to strengthen long-term leadership capability. More broadly, are also expected to contribute to, and advise HR on, strategies addressing diversity and inclusion.
- Perform analysis, make evaluations and recommend solutions to HR issues pertaining to professional, manager and executive-level development and presents actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers to develop executive development program content and establish systems to assess the impact of programs on individual development and performance.
- Keep organization and management current on best practices in professional, management and executive development and assessment and global HR and leadership development issues.
- Evaluate best practices and recommend and implement approved programs.
- Oversee Information Technology Services support provided to ED that develops, maintains and enhances EDs information systems. Ensures data are current.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in managerial/ behavioral sciences. You will have at least 12 years' experience in the field. You will also have expert knowledge and experience of executive development, talent management processes and assessment preferably obtained in part within a large multi- national corporation. You are expected to have a strong international reputation as a development professional and be well networked among leading consulting firms and top-tier international Business schools.
