Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Manager - Asset Management to support our Middle East team.

- Lead the delivery of asset management activities on projects
- Lead on enhancing of Asset Management service offering to add value to client's' Operations & Maintenance organisation
- Lead in development of Asset Policies and Asset Management Plan
- Support in deployment of Asset Management digital solutions to clients, facilitate UAT, training sessions.
- Support in business development and winning new work
- Plan and support asset surveys activates, supervise team of electrical, mechanical and civils technicians in asset condition surveys and data collection.
- Undertake PMO responsivities on projects, developing progress reports, risk and issues registers.
- Support in the development of pipeline of Asset Management opportunities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses and present data findings/outcomes

Technical Competencies
- Shall be qualified with a degree (preferably Civil Engineering )
- Minimum five (10) years of relevant experience in Asset Management (AM) Advisory/ Consultancy
- The Candidate must possess excellent working knowledge of project management best practices. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills in English are essential. (Arabic highly preferred)
- IAM certification is preferred
- Asset Lifecycle Delivery assessment
- Familiarity with international Asset Management Standards (ISO55000/1)
- AM Data Collection & definition of AM Hierarchies & Classifications
- AM performance measures development
- Familiarisation with various maintenance strategies, condition based, predictive, reactive,...
- Experience in facilitating training session (preferred)
