Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Manager - Business Applications Operations to spearhead our business applications team. This key position will focus on optimizing the performance and functionality of our applications, ensuring they meet the operational needs of our organization.

As the Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices, all while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Primary responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Vista Cinema systems, including POS, TMS, Head Office, Kiosk, and related modules, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and high system availability across all cinema locations.
• Lead the planning and execution of new Vista rollouts, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, loyalty programs, ERP) with minimal disruption to operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Vista Entertainment and internal stakeholders, overseeing escalations, support tickets, and enhancement requests in line with business priorities.
• Oversee system configurations, pricing structures, promotions, and business rules setup within Vista modules to support both operational and marketing requirements.
• Ensure accurate synchronization and reporting between Vista and other business systems, maintaining data consistency and actionable insights across platforms.
• Conduct user training sessions, prepare manuals, and provide ongoing operational support to cinema, ticketing, and head office users to enhance efficiency and system utilization.
• Implement monitoring and control measures, ensuring compliance with IT security standards, data protection policies, and internal audit requirements across all Vista systems and connected environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing business applications
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, UAT, system upgrades, and vendor coordination
• ITIL certification (or equivalent ITSM framework) is a strong advantage
