Manager - Cargo Sales KSA Cargo - Oman Air Section

- Support strategy of Sr. Manager Regional Cargo Sales MEAF
- Conduct market study and analytics for to ascertain opportunities for revenue development.
- Product Oman Air Cargo products to boost yields through product premium.
- Manage KSA local GSSA to secure regular flow of business.
- Work effectively with interdepartmental peers including field operations, sales and colleagues to identify revenue opportunities and cost-reductions that will improve profitability
- Coordinate with internal departments to look for capacity opportunities and focus sales areas.
- Participate in new business tenders and sustain growth of KSA market
- Influence consignee sales to promote Oman Air as a preferred carrier for business into Oman.
- Establish business retention models and aggressively seek market dominance
- Coordinate within internal departments on marketing and sales events, promotional programmes and trade shows.
- Represent Oman Air Cargo as required with local authorities and stake holders to facilitate Oman Air Cargo business
- Develop and manage GSSA teams to reach their potential including creating a succession plan to ensure business continuity
- Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to grow business volumes
- Enforce company policies with regard to brand image and behaviours for all customer contact staff.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in related field with 5 years of experience in Airline Cargo division, of which minimum 3 years experience Oman Air Cargo Sales
- Or High School Diploma with 10 years of experience in Airline Cargo division, of which minimum 5 years experience Oman Air Cargo Sales
- Proficiency in managing sales strategies
- Proven sales management skills and cross-functional leadership
- Proven business development experience
- Experience in business retention and yield improvement
- Strong air cargo industry business acumen
- Strong team management skills
