In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing various development initiatives across the Qiddiya site, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure successful project execution aligned with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in innovative environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the development process, including planning, design, execution, and completion of projects
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and assessments to guide project decision-making
• Develop comprehensive project proposals, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to facilitate successful project outcomes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting progress updates and addressing concerns
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the development lifecycle
• Promote innovation and sustainability in all development practices, aligning with Qiddiya's vision

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in real estate or development management, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment sectors
• Thorough knowledge of the development lifecycle, including zoning, design, construction, and compliance
• Strong project management expertise, with abilities in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on financial and market analysis
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
