This role leads the development and execution of growth initiatives, working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams to optimize the customer journey. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with strategic business acumen, translating insights into scalable actions that deliver measurable growth.
Responsibilities
Customer acquisition & retention analytics
Analyze performance of acquisition channels (paid media, affiliates, referrals, SEO, etc.) to identify cost-effective growth levers. Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), conversion rates, and churn. Conduct cohort and funnel analysis to assess user behaviour from acquisition, retention drivers, and product adoption patterns. Build predictive and behavioral models to identify high-value segments, churn risks, and upsell opportunities.
Campaign measurement & optimization
Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness (e.g., CRM, push, email, performance media) through A/B testing, lift studies, and attribution models. Develop campaign dashboards and performance scorecards to support real-time decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to improve segmentation, messaging, and channel mix.
Data strategy & reporting
Build and automate reporting for customer acquisition and lifecycle metrics using tools like SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Collaborate with data engineers and martech teams to improve data quality, tracking, and analytics infrastructure. Support targeting and personalization strategies through predictive modeling and segmentation.
Strategic insights & forecasting
Deliver growth forecasts and ROI models to support marketing planning and budget allocation. Identify new growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor benchmarks, and customer segments. Partner with product and customer experience teams to understand retention drivers and pain points and align on growth priorities. Lead initiatives such as referral programs, loyalty schemes, merchant partnerships, and cross-sell campaigns. Perform any other duties assigned by line manager related to the nature of the work. Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence, and vigilance within departmental and unit activities and operations.
