A reputable and well-established industrial manufacturing company is actively recruiting a managing director for their team in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
• Manage financial resources, including budgets and expenses.
• Manage a team of professionals providing guidance and development opportunities.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to candidates based in, or willing to relocate to KSA, but must have proven KSA experience to be considered.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of experience within the industrial manufacturing industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Sales experience is a must.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
