Managing Director (Food)

Job description / Role

Pay: SR 7,000-9,500 gross pay (all inclusive)
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Holidays: 28 days holiday per year (this excludes public holidays)


We are looking for a confident multi-role person to handle Business development & Operations to oversee business operations for a small food delivery company (7 employees).

Key Focuses
• Build up revenue by building a strong marketing campaign.
• Demonstrate good commercial sense on marketing acquisition and cost/benefit analysis.
• Develop and execute on the strategic plan.
• Provide supervisory direction for kitchen operation.
• Develop and monitors strict & thorough training program for current employees .
• Engage in the development of suppliers and improved utilization of current food and food mix.
• Engage in the development of new menu items and food prep-styles.
• Strong english understanding (both english/Arabic).
• Arabic speaker strongly preferred.
• Previous Managerial Experience is a must, previous track record in execution.

Salary:
SAR 7,000 to 9,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience
• Experience in marketing, business development, operations management
• Strong english understanding (both english/Arabic).
• Arabic speaker strongly preferred.
• Previous Managerial Experience is a must, previous track record in execution.
