Market Manager - Saudi National

Kinetic has partnered with a leading renewable energy company that is hiring a Market Manager to be based in Dammam.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with global sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet revenue goals within the assigned market.
• Identify market opportunities, analyse competitors, and recommend business development initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the market team to foster performance and collaboration.
• Develop and manage the market budget for effective resource allocation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree; a master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development in high voltage.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
