Description

* Build and execute integrated marketing strategies for real estate projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use).
* Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, print, and OOH advertising.
* Manage project launches, industry events, and real estate exhibitions.
* Maintain brand identity, positioning, and messaging consistency across all channels.
* Lead media relations and issue official communications (press releases, public statements, announcements).
* Oversee content creation for corporate platforms, project materials, and investor communication.
* Manage SEO/SEM, paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), email marketing, and lead funnels.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Corporate Communication, or Mass Communication
* 5+ years in marketing and communications, ideally in real estate, development, or investment-driven environments.
* Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
* Proven track record in branding, digital campaigns, and media relations.
