Job description / Role

Objectives: Marketing Assistant

Main Responsibilities:
1. Identify and evaluate new projects and partnership opportunities
2. Research and build relationships with new clients
3. Organize meetings and coordinate presence of senior management, prepare meeting agenda and objectives
4. Develop, prepare, coordinate and execute presentations and proposals (written proposals, RFP responses and graphic presentations)
5. Track projects, with consistent contact to project team members, from concept through contract award.
6. Work with pre-construction staff throughout estimating process to ensure accurate bids and proposals are submitted in a timely manner.
7. Provide ongoing progress updates to the HoD.
8. Other tasks as assigned

Reporting to: Department Manager
Subordinates: N/A
Other interactions: Department internal employees, company departments,and projects, and other commercial organizations.

Duration: Permanent position 1-3 years
Desired start date: Mar. 2023
Probation: 3-6 months
Working Hours: Sun-Thursday
Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
Nature and length of previous experience: 2-3 years experience in KSA

Specialist Knowledge:
1. Fluent in English and Arabic
2. Excellent in document writing
3. Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills
4. Ambitious and proactive, good sense of responsibility

Soft Skills and Personality traits: Strong communication and coordination skills
Gender Preference: Male

Language Fluency: Arabic and English
