Marketing & Communications Specialist - Saudi National

Job description / Role

A multinational company is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Specialist - Saudi national only - in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will support the achievement of our business objectives by executing marketing and communication activities in order to brand and enhance the company's image with customers, stakeholders, media and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Support in developing a marketing and communications strategy based on global strategies and local business requirements and the company's objectives
• Localize global marketing material and activities
• Ensure our brand guidelines are implemented and key messages are visible in all marketing material
• Implement internal and external events efficiently according to global guidelines
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
• Create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing various marketing activities (e.g. direct mailing, events, advertising, social media marketing)
• Support the company's objectives through internal communications by applying internal communication processes and practices to convey messages and engage employees
• Support in market, competitor and customer intelligence activities: Monitor, analyze and evaluate local market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to identify market opportunities

Requirements

Requirements:

• Saudi nationals only are eligible to apply for this role
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant
• 2-4 years of related working experience in marketing and communications
• Excellent knowledge of social media and other marketing tools and channels
• Excellent English language skills, both oral and written
• Excellent editing, proofreading and writing skills, both in English and Arabic
• Follow up skills and ability to manage his/her work independently
• Flexible to travel within Saudi or regionally when required
