Job description / Role
- Decides on appropriate marketing strategies and sets marketing policy and procedures.
- Manages and monitors day-to-day affairs of the marketing plans efficiently and effectively in order to implement its strategy and achieve its objectives.
- Conducts research on the marketing opportunities and the reports of these opportunities to senior management.
- Accountable for overall marketing functions including product launching and life cycles, promotion, profitability, growth and revenue.
- Conducts research on marketing opportunities & reports these opportunities to senior management.
- Recommends the appropriate media to achieve marketing objectives and sets media and production schedules.
- Prepares a comprehensive monthly report including Marketing activities, product achievement and budget expense report.
- Feedbacks and recommends on brand, new product development, marketing researches and marketing & Sales strategies
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relation programs, determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations and or seminars.
- Provides leadership, direction, training and motivation to subordinate staff.
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
Requirements
- 10 - 15 years of experience, min 8 years within retail industry
- B.S in Marketing or other related field.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong negotiation skills
