Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an International retailer.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate regularly with brands and retail merchant counterparts on business related issues (e.g., launch plans, business updates, etc.)
• Follow up with brands on assets, product details, social media details, 360 plan participation, brand calendar activation details
• Assist in developing 360 marketing plans for A launches and manage brand calendars
• Attend all brand facing meetings, capture meeting notes and next steps, and lead follow-ups with brands and cross-functional teams.
• Connect and visit the stores for business support;
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Digital, Creative, Loyalty, Events, Analytics and Operations to ensure campaigns are client-focused and support brand priorities
• Lead development and implementation of channel testing roadmap
• Plan channel forecast to meet revenue and engagement goals
• Interpret campaign, channel and client data to inform planning and personalization strategies.

Requirements

• BA with a degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Digital/social media experience preferred
• Computer literate – excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive and flexible. Able to work interactively and proactively with internal and external parties at all levels is a must.
• High level of maturity; ability to handle weekly communication with our brand partners
• Self-starter, high degree of initiative and independence – not afraid to ask questions, take criticism and lead new initiatives.
• Resourceful and creative problem solver – at times with little direction/oversight
• Strong organizational skills; able to track multiple projects and details
• High level of accuracy; able to detect inconsistencies and errors including product names, grammar, etc.
• Able to handle sensitive, potentially difficult and confidential matters with discretion.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Passion for dealing with clients, store associates and marketing
• Must be located at Jeddah.
