We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager to help drive innovation and growth in this business. This person will be a part of defining and executing the vision for a differentiated next generation electronic products and accessories shopping experience. We are seeking creative, goal-oriented and highly entrepreneurial people to join our exciting and fast-paced team. This position requires a customer-centric mindset to deliver category marketing strategies that grow traffic and topline sales for our stores. This role will implement and optimize programs that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across a broad range of owned and operated channels. In this role you will be expected to flex both analytical skills and creative muscles and should be as comfortable with the marketing science as you are with the marketing art. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are a must as data are leveraged daily to inform campaigns and measure business impact. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, endlessly curious, detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of dealing with ambiguity and scoping new areas, and comfortable working with teams, vendors, and management. We are looking for a marketing athlete who shows hustle, takes ownership in leading the thinking of the business, and helps foster a high-energy and high-performance culture.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· Developing customer insight and driving traffic growth from multiple sources, including free and paid search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social networking, mobile, and on-site placements.
· Creating and implementing marketing activities that support the full customer lifecycle journey
· Building measurement systems to determine marketing effectiveness and efficiency
· Deploying a clearly defined customer acquisition strategy in a manner that supports business growth, enhances equity, drives awareness, and builds a loyal customer base.
· Knowing the Electronics Products market and being obsessively aware of new products, brands, trends, and opportunities.
· Partnering with the Vendor Managers to support strategic/exclusive product launches and driving effectiveness across traffic generation activities
· Supporting CE participation in large central events

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong analytical background that includes experimentation and execution, as well as data analysis.
· Ability to discover new opportunities for driving traffic.
· Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
· Stellar problem-solving and issue-resolution skills with the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm.
· Ability to communicate and present metrics effectively to support strategic recommendations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven track record of managing and optimizing online traffic growth from multiple sources, including direct, SEO, sponsored links, banner ads, affiliates, mobile, and email
· Comfort rolling up sleeves to perform quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions
· Superior verbal and written communications skills and ability to interact with senior management
· Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
· Knowledge SQL or Tableau is a plus.
