Marketing Manager- Real Estate Developer

Job description / Role

I am working with a fast growing Real Estate Developer based in Saudi Arabia. They were established in 2007 and their work has been primarily based around the development of large residential areas within Saudi Arabia.

They are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who has worked with real estate developers throughout their career. The company has offices based in Riyadh, Al Khobar and Dammam and the marketing manager will be heading up the Developers strategic market plan to aid the already fast growing business.

- Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
- Marketing Communications Planning and Execution
- Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Branding and Positioning
- Projects and Products Market Launching
- Events, Exhibitions and Show Activities Project Management, from Ideation to Execution
- Online / Offline Media Planning, Channel Programming, Sponsorship and Deal-Making
- Customer Insight and Relationship Management
- Lead Generation/Conversion, Footfall Driving, Repeat Visitation, Shopper Satisfaction and Guest Experience

Requirements

- Must be Arabic Speaking
- Must have a Transferable IQAMA
- Must have at least 7+ years Residential Developer Marketing experience
- Must have work experience with top Developers in the UAE
