Employment: Full Time

Managing the marketing function by understanding the customer trends, building brand awareness to attract customers to the stores. Additionally, support the delivery of customer and financial targets in full compliance with company procedures and rules.

• Our client is one Middle East's leading retail brand operating within the optical industry.

Description
• Leading the marketing function by preparation and execution of marketing calendar, media planning, and loyalty planning and promotion calendar
• Implement a communications strategy in partnership with various stakeholders to drive brand awareness, generate traffic, and grow sales and to build customer loyalty.
• Execution of visual merchandising standards in stores according to the marketing plan in direct communication with vendors, operation team and mall managements.
• Accurate preparation and timely submission of reports/presentations according to the management requirements and attendance to the required meetings.
• Managing the marketing budget and evaluation of ROI for marketing investments.
• Assisting the management on multiple projects when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurement
• 5 years of experience within retail
