Job Description
- MDM Strategy Development : Lead the design and execution of MDM strategies, aligning them with the organization's goals for data governance and quality.
- Informatica MDM Implementation : Oversee the implementation and optimization of Informatica MDM solutions to manage master data efficiently across different systems.
- Data Governance and Quality : Collaborate with data stewards and governance teams to define and enforce policies that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of master data.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Work with IT, business analysts, and data teams to integrate MDM solutions into various business processes.
- Data Integration : Ensure seamless data integration between Informatica tools and other systems such as ERP and CRM.
- Performance Monitoring : Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the health of master data, ensuring continuous data quality improvement.
- Training & Mentorship : Provide guidance and training to internal teams on MDM best practices and the use of Informatica tools.
Requirements:
Personal Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
Technical Skills
- Informatica MDM: Expertise in Informatica Master Data Management including tools like Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality, and Informatica Data Director (IDD).
- Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data models and architecture relevant to MDM systems.
- Data Integration: Proficiency in integrating MDM solutions with other systems like ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.
- Database Management: Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL).
- Data Governance: Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulations that ensure data compliance and security.
