Alfanar Electric is the industrial arm of Alfanar, manufacturing a variety of low, medium, and high voltage electrical construction products.

- Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia
- Dubai, UAE
- London, UK
Alfanar has a development and engineering center in Chennai, India.
Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of Alfanar's industrial activities is Alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses Alfanar's facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Perform planning and control of the raw materials to ensure production plan adherence efficiently, in a timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
Procurement and Warehouse Coordination:
- Define when and how much to procure, aligning with production schedules and warehouse capacity.
Inventory Turnaround Enhancement:
- Minimize stock levels and eliminate delivery delays to increase inventory turns.
Safety Stock Management:
- Collaborate frequently to update the appropriate safety stock for all fast-moving items.
Material Segmentation and Planning Support:
- Help in material segmentation and establish effective material planning parameters.
Timely Purchase Request Issuance:
- Issue purchase requests at the right time to ensure a well-timed procurement process.
Purchase and Logistics Follow-up:
- Follow up with purchase and logistics teams for efficient material delivery and promptly escalate any potential stockouts of critical materials.
On-time Delivery Assurance:
- Ensure on-time delivery within budget limits and in adherence to quality standards.
Materials Availability Study:
- Study materials availability concerning incoming orders and production plans, adjusting as necessary.
Stock Excess and Obsolete Reduction:
- Execute action plans to reduce stock excess and minimize obsolete inventory.
Phase In/Phase Out Oversight:
- Follow up on the phase-in/phase-out process for all materials, ensuring a smooth transition.
Monitoring and Reviewing:
- Monitor and review achievements and deviations from pre-defined inventory management plans.
Continuous Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve processes and procedures for ongoing efficiency enhancements.

- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

- Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Work Experience
- 2 to 4 years.
