Job description / Role
• Supervise subordinates within the Material and Services Procurement division including assigning work activities, monitoring workflow and reviewing results.
• Develop the Materials and Services Procurement divisions strategies and plans in coordination with all concerned organization and ensure providing the necessary support and advise for effective implementation.
• Ensure that the Materials and Services Procurement division strategy is continuously developed and updated in line with the clients objectives and the industry best practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related major. Saudi Nationals.
• 15 years of experience in Materials and Services Procurement, of which at least 7 years in a Managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of local and international procurement laws and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian procurement and contracting business practices.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Capable of handling multiple task.
• Strong command of oral and written Arabic and English.
