Description

Eram Talent, a prominent talent acquisition firm in Saudi Arabia, is on the lookout for a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and maintenance of mechanical systems across various sectors, primarily focusing on the oil & gas industry. You will be tasked with optimizing mechanical performance and supporting maintenance initiatives to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Mechanical systems maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, valves, and pressure vessels.

Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Assist in the analysis of equipment failures and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.

Maintain maintenance logs and documentation in alignment with industry standards and regulations.

Collaboration and communication:

Work closely with operation teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on production.

Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.

Participate in safety and toolbox meetings to ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices.

Reporting and compliance:

Prepare maintenance reports highlighting insights and recommendations for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in mechanical maintenance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

7+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the oil & gas sector or a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance.

Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair techniques for mechanical systems.

Familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulations.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork capability.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Commitment to safety and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
