START DATE: October 2021

12 MONTH RENEWABLE CONTRACT

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for planning, organizing, marketing and event management of staff events and activities
• Managing bookings for staff members entering, exits or temporarily departing the property
• Maintaining accurate records on paper and electronically
• Updating the system for check-ins and check-outs of staff from hotel accommodation, staff accommodation and other relevant locations
• Key point of contact to organise and lead staff inductions for new arrivals at the hotel
• Supervision of Compound Cleaners, including meetings, schedules, check-ups, and key point of contact
• Creating medical attendance batches
• Requesting medical insurance cards and keeping track of validity
• Responsible for tracking and updating staff birthdays and anniversaries
• Posting birthday and anniversary messages on notice boards
• Creating training presentations on behalf of the staff management department for the employees
• Overseeing uniform inventory
• Preparing new uniform orders updating uniform stock count
• General administration tasks for HR department
• Support staff member in case of an injury
• Accompany staff member to the medical institution if needed
• In case of a personal emergency contact the staff member, give him/her support, and assist in a professional and compassionate manner
• Provide informative handover to next shift and management where applicable
• The Staff Wellbeing Officer must be able to adapt to change around the Estate, whilst maintaining professionalism, respect, and a calm disposition.
• Attend to all complaints, inquiries and requests promptly referring to Staff Manager if unable to assist

Requirements

• HR, L&D, Hospitality Management qualifications preferred but not essential
• Must have fluent English communication skills and have numerical literacy
• Experience in administrative office work
• MS Office (including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Excel) proficiency
• Photoshop or any other design software
• Previous experience in HR, L&D, or staff welfare/support positions preferred
• Creating reports for all levels of management
• A flexible approach towards working hours is required
• Great organisation skills
• Very sociable yet professional
• Ability to maintain a very positive and friendly attitude.
• Very high attention to detail at all time
• Ability to develop rapport within a short time frame
• Neat personal presentation
• Non Smoker and no visible Tattoos
