Job description / Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Medical Director with a strong background in dentistry to oversee and manage a chain of dental clinics in KSA.
Client Details
Leading chain of medical centers across the Kingdom. The role will be based in their head office in Riyadh.
Description
* Provide clinical guidance and expertise to a team of at least 10 dentist doctors, ensuring the delivery of top-quality dental care.
* Implement and uphold the highest clinical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and ethical guidelines.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and expansion of the dental clinics.
* Identify opportunities for improvement, expansion, and service diversification.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple dental clinics, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
* Develop and implement standardized clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
* Monitor and maintain quality control measures to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and outcomes.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives, taking feedback into account to enhance clinic performance.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of dentists and dental staff, ensuring ongoing professional development and adherence to company policies.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages employee growth and satisfaction.
* Develop and manage budgets for each clinic, optimizing resource allocation and financial performance.
* Ensure clinics operate within budgetary constraints while maintaining high standards of care.
* Stay current with Saudi Arabian healthcare regulations, ensuring that all clinics comply with local, regional, and national laws.
* Handle all documentation and reporting necessary for clinic licensure and accreditation.
* Focus on patient engagement and satisfaction, implementing strategies to enhance the patient experience.

Requirements:
* Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
* Proven experience managing a large team of medical professionals.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian healthcare regulations and standards.
* Demonstrated ability to manage clinic operations and budgets.
* Proficient in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Saudi national is mandatory.
