Medical Relations Graduate Trainee [Medical Marketing]

We are searching for a dedicated and qualified graduate to support our medical relations team with key projects, partnerships, and engagement with the dermatology community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying key medical influencers in the Saudi market to amplify our digital advocacy.
- Assist in the follow-up with the medical team on COMEX notes and observational studies within specified timelines.
- Support in daily operational tasks and logistics related to medical marketing activities such as contracts, invitations, medical congress registrations, flight booking, accommodations, branding elements, and digital DERM content.
- Provide administrative support and coordination with internal and external contributors for medical and scientific events.

Learning Objectives:
- Gain experience in the operational aspects of medical relations.
- Develop skills in event logistics, project management, and working with dermatologists.
- Learn how to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understand how medical relations supports business and brand strategies.

- Fresh graduate or a maximum of 2 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- Strong interest in medical relations and marketing.
- Creative.
- Excellent communication skills.
