MEP Design / Project Manager - Developer

Job description / Role

An immediate start is highly preferred, but we cannot consider anybody who has longer than 2 week notice.

This is an exciting long term career opportunity to work for a leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia.
You'll be responsible to the Program Director whilst overseeing the main contractor and consultancy delivering major residential developments. As an MEP Design/Project Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
• Lead, plan and execute all assigned projects alongside the Program Director.
• Develop project objectives, budgets, schedules and ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Evaluate project stakeholders and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure that the project complies with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with consultants, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
• Must be immediately available or available within 2 weeks to start.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited western university in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in managing MEP design/engineering projects.
• Experience working in the Middle East previously for either a Developer OR International Consultancy.

Salary:
SAR 40,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
