We are now seeking an exceptional MEP Manager to join our award winning team based on our Jeddah / Makkah project.

This critical role will be responsible for representing KEO in communications with the client, design consultants and contractors and technically assessing submittals in accordance with relevant discipline-focused strategy and procedures.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;

* Maintains proper and complete communication with the client on all project related issues.
* Organizes and manages MEP staff on multiple, significant, projects in a multidisciplinary environment simultaneously.
* Maintains efficient liaison with local regulatory authorities.
* Ensures project standards, safety management and quality control procedures are implemented and maintained for each of the technical areas required to complete the job.
* Provides guidance and training to MEP project staff.
* Provides feedback on staff competencies and performance.
* Identifies issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of the relevant senior management as necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications

* To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 20 years experience in the construction and project management of MEP engineering, overseeing the full lifecycle of a project including testing and commissioning.
* It will be essential to possess a Bachelor qualification in Mechanical Engineering, whilst professional engineering membership is preferred.
