MEP Manager

Description

As an MEP manager at Agility, you will play a key role in overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities on construction projects. You will ensure that MEP systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards, meeting all project requirements and regulations.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all MEP activities on construction projects
• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and design documents
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure MEP systems are designed and installed correctly
• Oversee the procurement and installation of MEP equipment and materials
• Monitor and inspect MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Manage MEP project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Coordinate with other project disciplines to ensure coordination and integration of MEP systems
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and change orders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP management on construction projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations

Your proficiencies

• Proven ability to manage and supervise MEP activities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Computer literate in all Microsoft applications (specifically Word and Excel), AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat XI Professional
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other project team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
