MEP Manager (Main Contractor) Western Educated Candidates Preferred

Job description / Role

Package: 30-40K SAR + Accommodation + Flights + Medical

Candidates who are currently based in Saudi will be given preference.

We are currently retained by a Major Saudi Contractor who is focused in the construction of residential, commercial buildings, airports, hospitals, schools and major Infrastructure projects.

Currently require a MEP Manager with at least 15+ years experience

Requirements

Reporting to a Western Management Team

• Must be comfortable with overseeing all aspects of design, technical submittal procedures, procurement, installation (QA/QC), and testing and commissioning.
• Effective in building good working relationships with client and design team
• Provide MEP systems advice to the client in relation to systems installation, commissioning, and handover
• Ability to identify key issues and risks associated with system design and installation, and ability to coordinate management and resolution of the same in consultation with client, designer, and sub-contractor.
• Review schedules in relation to procurement, installation, and testing and commissioning, and identify any potential delays or progress concerns
• Manage the handover of MEP systems to the client.

Applicants must hold a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3- 4 years experience in construction management preferably with an international company.
