MEP Planning Engineer

Our client, a construction contractor requires an MEP Planning Engineer to join on a permanent residential basis in Riyadh, KSA.

The main responsibilities are deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage and setup the master plan for MEP works. Developing project plans; using specialised software regarding MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule – produce tender, pre-design, design, procurement, construction and completion schedules including manpower histograms and charts. Supervising the project plan at all stages and providing solutions to problems. Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site workers and other professionals.

Requirements

Suitable candidates will have a Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering with 5-7 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing works. You will have working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications and schematics. Knowledge of construction procedures and practices; Be computer literate with planning software expertise – Primavera etc. Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
