- Assess current processes and recommend solutions to improve the speed, reliability, and quality of software deployments.

- Provide expertise in Microsoft products, particularly in managing and optimizing Exchange Server and Office 365 solutions.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies by managing email archiving solutions such as Barracuda and Mimecast.

- Oversee and manage email migrations, ensuring smooth transitions between systems.

• Excellent analytical thinking to assess and recommend improvements.
• Ability to manage and work under high-pressure situations.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Exchange Server and Office 365.
• Experience with email archiving solutions (Barracuda, Mimecast).
• Knowledge of compliance policies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
• Familiarity with migration tools for system transitions.
