Employment: Full Time

As an organization, we are growing and we need to further develop and enhance our MIS systems and processes. We are seeking applications from people who are specialists in the field of MIS, and have knowledge and experience of both Arbor and Microsoft Dynamics, report generation and effective data collection and management. Ideally you will have a background in the education sector, with the ability to capture, manage and produce effective management information to assist and support our colleges and internal business services.

The roles will focus on the collation, management, storage and processing of all student and business data. Provide support to management teams by producing relevant, accurate reports, which support business decision making processes fully. To be responsible for weekly, monthly, termly and annual business reporting needs using a range of data management tools and systems. Responsibilities may also include exam scheduling, enrollment comparisons, semester grading processes, production of transcripts and review of graduation certificates.

Requirements

Essential qualifications and knowledge required:-
• Knowledge of Arbor.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent spoken and written English Language ability.

Desirable:-
• Experience in working in an education environment.
• Excellent proficient use of excel, with the ability to manipulate data to present information in a number of ways to suit the audience and fit for purpose.
• Analytical/problem solving aptitude.
• Arabic ability is desirable.
