Mobile Development Lead

eMagine is searching for a Mobile Development Lead on behalf of a leading, rapidly scaling Saudi technology company. If you’re a mobile innovator who loves building robust, user-centric apps and leading talented teams, this could be your next big move.

Role Overview:
You’ll lead remote mobile development efforts across iOS and Android using React Native, TypeScript, and Node.js. As the business grows, you’ll relocate to Saudi Arabia to work onsite with top engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and build scalable mobile solutions, ensuring code quality and testing excellence.
- Guide the mobile team through agile sprints, reviews, and releases.
- Collaborate with design, backend, and AI teams to launch new features.
- Optimize for performance, offline capability, and seamless user experiences.

What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years in mobile app development, with at least 3 years in React Native.
- Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and mobile architecture.
- Experience with OTA updates, CI/CD, and mobile release management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, especially with remote teams.
