Mobility Country Advisor

Job description / Role

Key responsibilities

Accountable for ensuring delivery of corporate mobility services in country.
Manage escalations and provide local context through a close working relationship with the DL MU/Country MSL and immigration specialists.
Build strategic, effective, and enduring relationships with key corporate function and business leaders of the country, including stakeholder education as needed.
Specific focus on GCP strategy as applicable.
Expert mobility knowledge for Saudi Arabia, including local expert mobility knowledge for immigration, QIWA, GOSI, and social security.
SEC/SOCPA registration and possess knowledge on Saudization and further analysis to meet organization standards.
Establish proactive engagement with the largest projects in country.
Act as a strategic advisor to service/client groups periodically with data-driven discussions.
