Charterhouse is working with a global professional services organisation who wishes to grow their HR team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The key role that they require to support their team’s further growth is a Mobility and Immigration Specialist. Whilst this role will have coverage across the Middle East, the ideal candidate will be a Saudi National, who has worked in a similar role with an international organisation.

• This role will require you to work collaboratively with the HR Leadership Team in Riyadh and other Offices across the Middle East reporting to the Global Mobility & Immigration Manager. You will have experience working with other shared services divisions such as Legal, Finance and Talent Acquisition. The key responsibilities for the role will be coordinating immigration and mobility processes for new hires across the Middle East including organising mobility transfers, managing arrangements for remote workers and cross border employees.

• As an experienced Mobility and Immigration Specialist, you will be able to provide expertise to new joiners, guide employees with their joining process, support them with their Visas or Work permits, liaise with legal immigration function and external vendors where necessary, manage local mobility requirements, manage the day-to-day operations of visa processes.

• You will handle administration procedures as well as provide documentation for reports. In addition, the MI Specialist will contribute to other HR Projects where required.

• To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of ME employment laws with a major focus on Saudi Arabia.

• The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills along with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
