Job description / Role
• Hands-on support of Exchange to O365 migration experience is a must.
• Cisco IronPort experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, Exchange Online.
• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Email archiving/retention solutions (SourceOne EMC, Mail Attender) a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to document support issues and update clients in a detailed fashion.
• Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines.
Requirements
• Certifications in this field are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interpersonal skills; effective team player.
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Experience using with Service Desk is a plus.
• Active Directory experience and understanding as it relates to O365 tenant
• Mobile Iron experience is a plus.
