Quest Search and Selection is seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager for one their retail clients based in Riyadh, KSA.
The ideal candidate will oversee and drive all aspects of the boutique's operations, ensuring a premium customer experience and meeting business objectives.
Role: Boutique Manager-Multi Store
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Responsibilities of the Boutique Manager are :
• Actively contributing to developing and implementing strategies alongside the Location and Area Manager to increase store traffic, improve profitability, and enhance brand visibility.
• Guide the team in providing exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences, and establishing lasting customer relationships.
• Oversee adherence to after-sales policies and procedures, addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Formulate and execute short- and long-term strategies to drive sales, focusing on cost control and balanced product performance.
• Drive the team towards achieving sales goals while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.
• Ensure a superior customer experience through continuous team training and development.
• Uphold compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and loss prevention protocols.
• Perform regular stock audits, manage inventory levels, and generate sales reports to optimize stock potential.
• Lead the recruitment, development, and training of team members in coordination with HR and management.
• Cultivate a positive and professional team environment, providing regular coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
• Represent the brand at both in-store and external events, adhering to the highest grooming standards.
• Implement and support marketing and visual merchandising strategies.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in retail store operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a boutique manager or higher role within a luxury environment (specializing in luxury watches, jewellery, or fashion).
• Demonstrated expertise in team management and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong skills in store operations management, analytical thinking, and financial oversight.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
