Job description
* To play an active part in the Industrial vertical business development.
* To actively work on own account portfolio in order to expand existing share of wallet per customer as well as target new customers.
* To develop business on the trades linked with Saudi & Bahrain.
* To lead accounts nationally; to work closely with Regional key accounts managers; to grow the business with KN.
Your tasks and responsibilities
* Directly manages Key Account(s) as per confirmed account portfolio.
* Understands the customer organization and decision-making process
* Negotiates rates with customers in alignment with the Business Units and ensures rate sheets are documented and maintained as needed by the Business Units
* Complies with KN sales management processes and systems and ensures correct and timely updates
* Ensures that account plan(s) is in place based on the Key Account Planning Process and template and signed off by our Industrial Vertical Head.
* Effectively hands over and transitions new business into operations to ensure that customer requirement and KN commitments are met.
* Support for setting up SOP's

Requirements
* The ideal candidate has a Bachelor Degree in a related field (Business, Industrial engineering, Sales)
* Project Management experience
* Prior experience in Sea Logistics of minimum 2 years is mandatory, experience in Sales would be considered an advantage
* Leadership experience of minimum 2 years is essential for the role, preferably with an International exposure
* Knowledge of financial standards, principles, and procedures
* Driver's license is mandatory
* Advanced knowledge of English language is mandatory, basic knowledge of Arabic would be a plus
