Our client is the largest Paints consortium in the Middle East and among the top 50 global Paints manufacturers with manufacturing facilities and sales operations across the Middle East, India, Europe and Africa.
WE are now looking for a National Sales Manager to take charge of Saudi as a country. This position is a senior one, reporting to the head of Group Sales & Marketing.
The task is to lead the entire sales efforts of distributed teams in various regions comprising segment managers, area sales managers, sales representatives and sales officers across all the segments such as Decoratives, Protective, Powder coating and automotive segment.
We are looking for Paints industry professionals with over 20 years of experience in the GCC region including atleast 5 years in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate would be someone who is already in a similar role with an international paints brand and has good knowledge of all regions of the country, dealers and other channel partners. We will also consider people with very good sales experience at a senior level from other industries including FMCG, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals.
Transferable Iqama would be required for all applicants. Arabic nationals would be preferred for this position.
