Job description / Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth and profitability across our organization.
- This role involves developing strategic sales objectives, setting annual quotas, and analyzing market trends to maximize revenue from existing and new products.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate for the Sales and Marketing Manager position should possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with preference given to those holding an MBA in Finance.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in sales and marketing within the food, beverage & QSR industry is essential, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
- Candidates should exhibit strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively.
- They must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- The role requires proficiency in planning, organization, and a keen analytical mindset to assess trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Experience collaborating with executive teams and an understanding of financial and accounting principles are crucial.
- Candidates should be adaptable, able to work under pressure, and possess strong IT skills, including CRM systems.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel to various locations across the Kingdom are also necessary.
