Job description / Role
• Engaging the Municipality, Civil Defense, Ministry of commerce and other governmental agencies to secure the station Municipality and Civil Defense licenses.
• Follow up with various governmental agencies in procuring the required documents and certifications in compliance with rules and regulations of obtaining the Licenses.
• Engage authorities during station closure and utilize his expertise and contacts in building a communication channel with various stake holders (Government agencies) to present Tas,Helat Oil Marketing Company point of view and be able to negotiate and get penalty reductions, wave offs and other favorable terms and conditions and opening the stations.
• Ensure the Valid licenses do not expire, by initiating License renewal process and procedures of expiring licenses before three months of expiry or as time required for renewal.
• Coordinate with Real Estate in obtaining the station relating documents (Approved Site Plan, Ownership Document, C.R, Approved Safety Site plan, Land Document, Lease Agreement etc.) from Landlord.
• Evaluate the station for compliance and license validity for the new inclusion stations in the Network in co-ordination with Real Estate.
• Maintain the Database relating to the Licenses and submit periodic report to the management, region wise on progress, Validity status of the stations with guidance on to be returned stations due to non-compatibility and non-obtainable license stations.
• Engage registered third party Service providers to prepare missing documents such as Amana Approved Station layout, Approved Safety site plan and others with least possible cost to TMC.
• Engage Fire Safety Contractors in maintenance of Fire safety equipment and coordinate with legal in renewing and preparing new contracts for Fire safety for all regions.
• Initiate all documents and processes for government fees (Municipality fee, Calibration Fee, Penalties etc) completing payment process within his approved limits.
• Procure Approvals and certifications for plans and other documents for construction of new stations in least possible time and mediate between different Tas,Helat Oil Marketing Company Departments and Agencies.
Requirements
• Minimum qualification is Masters in Human resource and management.
• Work experience of 10 years in Municipality or civil defense government agency in management capacity.
• Knowledge of Municipality and Civil defense policies and procedures.
• Good contacts and public relations with government agencies.
• Communication skills both in Arabic and English (written and oral).
• The ability to work under pressure and lead the team to achieve the assigned targets.
• Organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage time.
